Safe Haven Limited is a special purpose development company created by Octo5 Holdings Limited (formerly
known as Legacy Holdings Limited), one of the pioneer developers of gated communities in Nigeria with successful and thriving communities particularly in the Lekki Sub-region such as Heritage Place, Monastery Road, Sangotedo, Lagos (completed in 2022) and Ocean Bay Estate, Lafiaji Lekki (completed in 2008).
Safe Haven Limited was incorporated to drive the development of commercially viable affordable housing communities primarily located in peri-urban centers.
